Grand Washington Hotel

I liked the Sauna and rooftop restaurant. I also liked the location. It was close distance for all kinds of shopping even if you wanted 15 min walk to mall catch taxi back if you go overboard. The rooms are equivalent to a decent 2.5 to 3 star US hotel. I felt safe to explore alone staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The location is perfect. The rooms and facilities and of course the breakfast has a very nice choice of items. This is my second stay at Grand Washington and I was not disappointed.

The hotel was perfectly located, the facilities were great. The staff were amazing. The spa facilities were also really good.

Hotel hospitality was the best I’ve ever seen. always helping when you need something and the staff are all nice and amazing as well! definitely would recommend to friends and others when asking about places to stay in Istanbul!

I was travelling with my two sisters and their two sons, the boys have special need and some learning difficulties. the staff at the hotel could not have been any nicer to them. they made them feel very welcome, greeting them warmly every time we saw them in the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offering them little free treats, engaging with them, they made the holiday extra special for all of us.
