A truly beautiful hotel in a great location, with excellent excursion and transfer services at a fair price. A special thanks to the reception staff, always helpful and welcoming—especially the young lady who showed genuine interest in our travel needs, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. I will definitely return—actually, we will!

I liked the Sauna and rooftop restaurant. I also liked the location. It was close distance for all kinds of shopping even if you wanted 15 min walk to mall catch taxi back if you go overboard. The rooms are equivalent to a decent 2.5 to 3 star US hotel. I felt safe to explore alone staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was good, good location but when I book room with booking.com its never correct, i booked room for 2 adults and child but booking.com booked double but I have paid for 2 double beds to booking.com, luckily hotel was nice so they accomadate us for free. No more booking.com

Staff were excellent, rooms were great and cleaning team was brilliant also! Buffet Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and for the price it was excellent. Location of hotel was also great and you can walk around to all areas easily from here.
